Laminated solid wood panels
We produce solid laminated wood panels from beech and oak. In terms of the type of joint, we produce edge joint panels and finger joint panels.
Wood moisture content: 8 – 10%
Adhesive: PVaC (without formaldehydes), D3 (moisture resistant)
Grinding: granulation 80 – 120
Dimensional deviations: +/‒ 0.5 mm in length, +/‒ 0.5 mm in width, +/‒ 0.1 mm in thickness.
Beech | Edge jointing
Beech | Edge jointing
With these panels, the length of the elements determines the length of the panel. In other words, the elements are only edge-glued. We produce these panels in Classes A/B and Red Heart.
Panel dimensions
Lamellae width is 40-150 mm (in thin ones: 40x80 mm)
Thickness: 18-20, 25-30-35, 40-45 mm and other, according to customers’ orders
Widths: most often 650 mm (maximum of 1250 mm)
Lengths: up to 4400 mm
Edge jointing | Class A/B
Face A
Lightly steamed beech lamellae of even colour; free of any knots, cracks, rot, wormholes or any other defects (natural or resulting from drying) and free of any technical defects.
Face B
Slight differences in colour of lightly steamed beech are permitted; sound, small, non-penetrating knots are also permissible (up to 3 mm in diameter, 2 knots/m2); free of red heart, cracks, rot, wormholes or any other defects (natural of resulting from drying) and free of any technical defects.
Edge jointing | Class Red Heart
Differences in colour of lightly steamed beech lamellae are permitted (desirable); unlimited red heart is permitted (desirable); small, sound, non-penetrating knots are permitted (up to 3 mm in diameter, 2 knots/m2); free of cracks, rot, wormholes or any other defects (natural or resulting from drying) and free of any technical defects.
Beech | Finger-joint panels
Beech | Finger-joint panels
In these panels, the short elements are finger-jointed by length to obtain the desired length; thus joined they are then edge-glued. We produce these panels in Classes A/B and Red Heart.
Panel dimensions
Lamellae widths 40 +/‒ 2 mm and other, according to customers’ desires
Thickness: 18-20, 27-30, 40-45 and other, according to customers’ orders
Width: maximum 1250 mm
Length: maximum 5000 mm
Finger-joint panels | Class A/B

Lightly steamed beech lamellae of even colour; free of any knots, cracks, rot, wormholes or any other defects (natural or resulting from drying) and free of any technical defects.

Finger-joint panels | Class Red Heart
Differences in colour of lightly steamed beech lamellae are permitted (desirable); unlimited red heart is permitted (desirable). Small, sound, non-penetrating knots are permitted (up to 3 mm in diameter, 2 knots/m2); free of cracks, rot, wormholes or any other defects (natural or resulting from drying) and free of any technical defects.
